Maria walks us through some of her incredible art books inspired by her ideas on Empty Space and womb of shape.

Marina Soria has received national and international awards and exhibited her pictorial and calligraphic works around the world, at the Contemporary Museum in Moscow, Burgert’s Collection in Berlin, Klingspor Museum and the Hoefer Archive in Offenbach amongst others. Her main interest is the experimental aspect of calligraphy, her strength resides on her creativity. Her goal is to blend diverse disciplines: art, textile art, graphic design, sumi-e and calligraphy to challenge the limits of conceptual art and technique. At present she works as an experimental calligrapher, book artist and artist, and teacher.
